Simran is someone who has spent years in the world of research, working deeply with science, materials, and questions that don’t have quick answers. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry, her work explores sustainability through biopolymers—but what stays with her isn’t just the outcomes; it’s the process of thinking, questioning, and understanding.

She brings that same curiosity into conversations. Calm, observant, and open. Simran is also a TOTO practitioner, POSH Act Trainer, Gender, Sensitivity and Equality Trainer and a facilitator. Simran values spaces where people don’t feel rushed to have the right answer—just the freedom to explore one.
