1. Terms of Use

1.1 Nature of Services

TalkCoz provides communication coaching, experiential workshops, group programs, corporate sessions, and educational content focused on leadership and emotional fluency.

All services are educational and developmental in nature.
They do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, or psychological treatment.

Participation is voluntary.

1.2 Eligibility

By using this website or enrolling in any program, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent).
The information you provide is accurate.
You agree to abide by community standards.

1.3 Intellectual Property

All TalkCoz materials, frameworks, exercises, branding, session designs, and content remain the intellectual property of TalkCoz.

You may not:

Record sessions without written permission
Reproduce or distribute materials
Use TalkCoz methodologies for commercial training without consent

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Individual Coaching

Full payment confirms booking.
Payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows are non-refundable.

If TalkCoz cancels, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

2.2 Group Programs & Masterclasses

Non-refundable once the program begins.
Cancellation 5+ days before start may qualify for partial refund or future credit (at discretion).
No refunds after commencement.

2.3 TalkCoz Experience (Live Events)

Tickets are non-refundable.
Transfer allowed up to 24 hours prior.
If canceled by TalkCoz, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
In cases of force majeure (weather, venue restrictions, regulatory changes), events may be rescheduled.

2.4 Corporate & Institutional Engagements

Corporate bookings are governed by signed agreements.

A non-refundable booking fee may apply.
Late cancellations may incur full charges as per contract.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Information Collected

Phone number
Billing information
Organization details
Usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

Payment details are processed through third-party providers.
TalkCoz does not store full card information.

You may receive emails related to bookings or subscribed updates.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Participant Conduct & Confidentiality

TalkCoz is built as a reflective, respectful space.

Participants agree to:

While confidentiality is encouraged, TalkCoz cannot guarantee participant behavior.

Participants violating community standards may be removed without refund.

5. Media Consent

During workshops or public events, photographs or videos may be captured for documentation or promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify TalkCoz in writing before the event begins.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TalkCoz provides tools, frameworks, and reflective experiences.

We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

TalkCoz is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Decisions made based on workshop discussions
Technical disruptions beyond reasonable control

Participation is at your own discretion.

7. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in
Kurukshetra/ Haryana.

8. Policy Updates

TalkCoz reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
